Example of vision board suesstudio.com
Lisa Nichols, author and one of the teachers of “The Secret”, discusses creating a vision board if you want to make a quantum leap in your personal growth. A vision board is a visual example of the things you want to create in your life.
I created my vision board by flipping through some magazines and cutting out the images I felt attracted to. Then I arranged all the photos in a collage like manner and placed it on my wall in my bedroom. That way I would see it when I went to bed and again when I rise.
Tools needed to make a vision board include:
- Poster Board
- Glue Sticks(White Elmers wrinkle your pictures)
- Stack of magazines
Another way to create a vision board for the tech savvy is doing a slide show or a mind movie as they are sometimes called. You can add affirmations, uplifting music and when you sit down to your computer, it’s a great way to jumpstart your day.
This is my version of a mind movie.
